Production time:
All orders are typically produced within 1-3 business days . We strive to produce and ship your items as quickly as possible!
Shipping times:
- Germany: 1-4 working days
- Other European countries: 3-10 working days
Shipping costs:
Shipping costs 4.99 euros plus VAT.
Please note that during peak periods, especially in spring and at Christmas, there may be delays in your delivery. Public holidays and long weekends may also have an impact. We ask you to take this into account when placing your order.
right of return
All products are unique and made to order only. This means returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color or simply changed your mind.
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied with a non-personalized item, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.
- Personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
To initiate a return:

- Once approved, please return the item to the address provided in your return authorization email.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
