Do I need to open an account to shop with you?

No, you don't have to. You can always shop and checkout as a guest. However, if you create an account with us, you will be able to place orders without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up now, or start shopping first and create your account on the shopping cart page before paying.

How do I create an account?

Please click on “Login/Register” and then on “Create an account” and fill in your personal details.

How do I order?

Find the items you want and add them to your shopping cart. When you're done, you can go to your shopping cart and checkout. Make sure all the information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

How do I pay for my orders?

We accept payments via PayPal as well as all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This allows us to package your orders efficiently and minimize errors. It is recommended that you carefully review your order before placing it.

I have a discount code, how can I use it?

You can apply coupons and bonus points to your order at checkout. Simply enter your coupon code and click "Apply" to have the discount automatically adjusted to your order total. Please note that if you do not click "Apply" before proceeding to checkout, your order total will not reflect the discount.

Please make sure you enter the voucher code exactly as you received it, with no spaces before, inside or after it. To avoid errors, we recommend that you copy and paste the promotional code you received.

Vouchers cannot be combined. You can only use one voucher code per order.

Vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions of the offer. Some items on our website are excluded from voucher settings and are not eligible for discounts.

How will I know if my order has been confirmed?

After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us to confirm that your order has been received. However, please note that orders will not be dispatched until your credit card payment is approved and the billing and shipping address is verified. Alternatively, you can check the status of your order in "My Account" if you are a registered user.

Which countries and regions do you ship to?

We currently only ship to countries in the European Union.
